The food was amazing! I had the prime rib. It was cooked how I wanted it, the baked potato was fully loaded and the green beans were cooked perfectly. Can't wait for our next outing!!

I grew up with the Selah Mining Company as a landmark with ok food and really cool ambience. I never went to Daniel’s, but I am glad they brought the SMC back.
We went to lunch today and had a great lunch. The pulled pork sandwich was phenomenal. I was expecting some good barbecue pork, but was blown away by the fact that they grilled the pulled pork on the flat-top to give it a bit of a crunchy char. Amazing.
Food came out fast, but not too fast, and they have kept a lot of the old SMC charm, except I missed the mining sounds when entering the “mine” entrance ( small stuff).
I would like to see the center “banquet hall” looking tables replaced with something a bit more fitting a great barbecue and steak place, and the wait-staff needs a bit more practice to iron out the kinks. But that all will come.

Had a group meeting on Jan 23, 2024 with about 30 people and we had a very nice dining room that was very quiet and spacious. even though it was downstairs which I didnt know it was still perfect. We all had a prime rib dinner which was cooked to perfection looking forward to being back as a customer. At times I will say parking is Definately hard to find

We had our monthly ladies lunch at the Selah Mining Company and the food was so good and the waitress was so nice and did a wonderful job making sure all of our needs were met.
We will definitely return.

Food is fantastic. Our party had the pork belly appetizer and chicken wings. Both really good. Had ribs with garlic green beans. Excellent. Prime rib dip was good. Pork belly meal was really good. We had to get our own utensils when the appetizers came- otherwise, the service was good. Drinks were good. They had a guitarist there playing music in the restaurant at 6:00 pm. We couldn't have a conversation - it was too loud. Be nice if the music started later (8:00?) I highly recommend Selah Mining Co. The food is fantastic! We will be back, just earlier.
